Entrust Healthcare has assembled the most highly skilled and experienced professionals to help its clients achieve success. Entrust team members have been involved in a variety of projects providing the experience and expertise to help you where it needs it most. Since our inception, Entrust has delivered consulting services to over 200 provider organizations located in 32 states. Outlined below are a few examples:

Multi-Specialty Community Practice in the Southeast
Managed implementation of Allscripts Enterprise EHR at five locations for a regional medical center that attracts patients from an eight-county area. Electronic document scanning and e-prescribing contributed to efficiencies in care delivery between providers, labs and pharmacies in multiple sites. Streamlined workflows and flexible notes and alerts, specifically tailored to provider preferences, made the transition smooth and orderly.

Multiple Primary Care Clinics Affiliated with Hospital System in New York
Managed implementation of GE Centricity EMR in six outpatient locations for a regional medical center covering a broad service area throughout northeast New York state. Clinic specialties include family practice, nephrology, pulmonary, neurology and surgical associates. The implementation for 100 users across six sites was accomplished on a 5-month schedule. Diverse responsibilities of the management role involved re-design of workflow processes for physicians and clinical staff to enable improved documentation of patient encounters and to streamline the exchange of clinical data. Additional Entrust duties included provision of on-site support and development and delivery of new system training.

Orthopedic Group Practice in Chicago
Planning assistance provided to identify the current cost of performing the various diagnostic and care services for the practice taking into account the cost of those procedures and diagnostics as well as the demands of the local community. Changes were initiated to leverage physician expertise with services that were needed and underserved in the community. Certain high cost low volume services were discontinued and processes put in place to contract and refer to third party providers.

Established Indiana Clinic with Diverse Facilities and Services
Managed implementation of Allscripts Enterprise EHR for use in combination with Allscripts Practice Management for a three-site organization with a 50-year history of cross-specialty, comprehensive care. Orchestrated replacement of a legacy system that was inadequate for Meaningful Use, while paying close attention to staff acceptance of Enterprise EHR. Coordinated interoperability with and interfaces to existing specialty systems and equipment (e.g., cardiology, vision care, imaging, lab and e-prescribing). Automated chart access with document scanning and improved practice workflows for 350 users.

Multi-Clinic Dermatology Practice in the Great Lakes Region
Implementation of Greenway PrimeSuite Chart for a growing practice with nine locations required a qualified resource to train a staff of nine providers and 24 users on a demanding schedule. In a two-week project time frame, an Entrust consultant delivered ChartPrep training including but not limited to charting patients, tasking, workflows, scanning and user setups. Clinical care providers, who handle both medical and cosmetic skin care procedures, experienced a smooth transition to digital with minimal operational disruption.

South Texas Orthopaedic Practice
Led the implementation of Allscripts Enterprise EHR with e-prescribing and document scanning for a two-site practice. Workflows complemented the care team and their ongoing commitment to prevention as well as treatment of immediate and chronic problems. Operations and business practices at both locations realized benefits of faster access to information. New system training for physicians and clinicians contributed to improvements in care for the English and Spanish speaking patient base, along with efficiencies in documentation and record keeping.

Nationwide Not-for-Profit Health Plan
Project management and consulting related to telephone, messaging and contact center solutions for a health plan serving thousands of physicians in small and large practice locations nationwide. Provided needs assessment, refreshed technology, project management, implementation, training, support and on-going maintenance to reduce costs, increase workflow and assure the highest availability.

Washington DC-Area Healthcare System
When a general medical and surgical hospital located within an hour drive of the capital implemented the NextGen ambulatory product suite, Entrust resources fulfilled key roles to ensure a smooth Go Live experience. Implementation of NextGen Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software was accomplished in phases. More than 30 multi-specialty practices, both owned and affiliated, and five facilities within the community were linked through NextGen HIE, a portal that serves as an interface hub for connection to the hospital. Entrust configured, developed process documentation and delivered training. Entrust also provided Go Live support and managed NextGen rollout functions throughout the multiple phases of the project. The initial 75 users included five physicians with groundwork laid to accommodate 250 more.

Large Not-for-Profit Hospital Provider
Consulting activities supporting Electronic Medical Record, Computerized Physician Order Entry, and business initiatives at eight California Hospitals. Directed the physician transformation project, including CPOE preparation and adoption. CPOE sites achieved and maintained 75-85% physician adoption within 30 days, exceeding national averages of about 20% for community hospitals. Managed a physician collaboration effort to adopt and refine Zynx evidence-based order sets that were built into a computerized decision support system. Instrumental in the development of a knowledge maintenance process to provide continuous review and improvement of order sets.
